Rentals

We offer a range of Conqueror Off-Road Campers for rental. The trailers are fully equipped for an enjoyable getaway. All gas bottles are empty.

Please read the Terms of Rental below, download and complete the Rental Order Form and e-mail or fax it back to us.

Terms of Rental

Prices inclusive of VAT

Deposit - Will be refunded within 7 days after return of vehicle.

Booking Deposit: R2700

This ensures your booking and that the trailer will be available on the day that you have booked.

Trip Deposit: R7500

This ensures your booking and that the trailer will be available on the day that you have booked.

The above mentioned deposits will be refunded if the vehicle is returned undamaged.

R 1000.00 will be deducted from deposit if the booking is cancelled.

R 450.00 will be deducted from deposit if vehicle returned dirty.

Times - PLEASE NOTE: Rental days according to office hours.

Collection - Before 14:00 on the day of booking.

Return - Before 12:00 on the day of return.

Late arrivals will be penalised with R 1100.00 per day. This will be deducted from your deposit.

No Units will be booked out or return on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

A seven(7) day notice is required for normal weekends, and fourteen(14) day notice for long weekends.

Bookings for December must be finalised before the 10th of November.

Documentation - Required on collection of vehicle

Identity Document

Valid Drivers Licence

Proof of Address

Travel documents must be arranged in advance when travelling accross S.A's borders. Border documentation must be returned to factory to prevent penalties.

Insurance

Our trailers are fully insured but due to the fact that our excess on any claim starts at R 12 000 no claims of a lesser value will be made. This will be deducted from the R 9 500 deposit at cost.

Should the client decide to buy a new Conqueror product after renting a vehicle within 7 days, a quarter of the initial rental fees will be paid back as a discount on a new vehicle.
